Juneteenth on the River

This Juneteenth, Syatt is heading to Cincinnati, where the Ohio River once marked the crossing from slavery to freedom, and we want you with us.

The Ohio River marked the crossing from slavery to freedom. We're walking on that ground. Join Syatt for an overnight Juneteenth experience traveling from Cleveland to Wilberforce, then to the Cincinnati Riverfront, with history, soul food, festival energy, and riverfront action all in one trip.

We'll explore the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center, honor Black military excellence at the Charles Young Buffalo Soldiers National Monument, enjoy a soul-food lunch at Soul Secrets, and cap the night at the AC Hotel Cincinnati at The Banks with rooftop views of the river. Day two includes one of the longest-running Juneteenth festivals, a stop at Cincinnati Premium Outlets, and a global food adventure at Jungle Jim's International Market.
