OEC State of the Environment 2026

What This Is

A focused conversation on where public health, climate action, and economic equity meet in Northeast Ohio. Co-hosted by the Ohio Environmental Council and Growth Opportunity Partners.

Why It Matters

Environmental justice isn't a distant issue. It shows up in the air our kids breathe, the water in our pipes, the health of mothers and babies, and the utility bills families pay every month. Too often, Black and low-income neighborhoods carry the heaviest burden. Syatt Civics is about understanding how decisions get made and how to move within those systems, and this is where those decisions are being discussed.
